Six Feet Under

"Six Feet Under" Maude McDonald 2012 (c)
I recently recieved this lovely oil painting in the mail from my friend (and fellow artist) Maude McDonald. I fell in love with this painting the very first time I saw it. Perhaps it's the colors, or the subject, or the mood, or a combination of all that, which draws me in. As a temporarily displaced beach bum, I find everything about it beautiful!
